Emergency Closing Information
In the event that one (or all) of our clinics must be closed due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, patients scheduled for appointments will receive an automated phone call notifying them of the closure and informing them that they will receive a phone call from a staff member to reschedule once our clinic(s) are open again.
In addition to an automated phone call, our phone messages will be updated at each of our clinic locations to notify callers that our clinic is closed. Patients may choose to call their respective clinic and listen to our phone message to determine if that clinic will be open or closed. Click HERE
