Texting & Communication Terms of Service

As a patient of Heart Care Centers of Illinois, you will receive automated appointment reminders via text, email, and phone prior to your visit.  Each message will include instructions on how to opt out of this service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our office during normal business hours.  We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.  Failure to do could result in Missed Appointment fees being charged to your account.
