Heart Care Centers of Illinois... Then and Now

It all started back in the 1970's with a man and a dream. Dr. Luke Pascale wanted to bring quality cardiac care, normally only found in within the Chicago city limits, to patients in the South and Southwest suburbs. Known as an innovator by his peers, Dr. Pascale brought the latest in medical technologies to MetroSouth Medical Center, formally known as St. Francis Hospital, in Blue Island.

Now, four decades later, Dr. Pascale's dream continues to live on. Through the years he and his partners founded Heart Care Centers of Illinois. Today, HCCI consists of 25 Cardiologists specializing in minimally invasive, non-invasive, and electrophysiology therapies while continuing to provide the best possible cardiovascular care to patients from Joliet to Berwyn and everywhere in between.

Our mission, created by Dr. Luke Pascale and carried on by the physicians of HCCI, is to provide the highest quality Cardiac care to our patients.
