Julie Mueller, RN, MSN, CNS, ACNP is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner. She received her undergraduate degree as well as her master’s degree from Northern Illinois University. Julie received a diploma in nursing from St. John’s School of Nursing in Springfield, Illinois. Throughout her career, Julie has worked in many different areas of cardiac medicine including cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery programs at Hines VA hospital, University of Chicago, Riverside Hospital, MetroSouth Medical Center (formerly St. Francis Hospital), Loyola, Northwestern and St. Joseph Medical Center (now Amita) in Joliet.
