Alecia Boeder, MCMSc, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant licensed to practice medicine in the state of Illinois under physician supervision. She received her undergraduate training at the University of Wisconsin –Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in pre-medical sciences. She went on to pursue her master’s degree in clinical medical science and physician assistant studies and graduated top of her class at Barry University, an NCCPA accredited program in Miami, Florida.

 

Alecia joined Heart Care Centers of Illinois in early 2015 and works closely alongside the many cardiologists in the practice. She provides direct care to in-hospital cardiac patients as well as seeing patients in clinic throughout the week. Besides being ACLS certified, she is an active member in the Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants. In her free time she enjoys traveling, yoga and trying as many new restaurants as possible.
