About Michelle Dalton

CNP

Michelle is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in Cardiology. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University, in Addison, Illinois. She then earned her Master of Science at Governors State University. She holds national board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a family nurse practitioner.

Michelle joined Heart Care Centers of Illinois in 2023 and works alongside many of our cardiologists in the clinic and inpatient at the hospital. She is a proud dog mom and enjoys spending time with family and friends in her free time, crafting, and adventuring outdoors.
