CLINICAL SITE MANAGER

Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Mokena, Joliet, and Morris, IL Clinics

The Site Manager is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients according to the individualized needs of the patient; responsible for the daily oversight of the assigned clinics’ operations including staff supervision, daily collaboration with physicians, mid-level providers and office staff, and assisting with the scheduling of staff throughout all HCCI clinics. The ideal individual will have excellent communication skills, be able to perform all duties in a manner which promotes a team concept, and have a commitment to excellence.  Previous supervisory experience in a group practice is required.  Ideal candidate will be an RN, but will consider non-RN candidates with extensive experience in managing a practice/clinic.
