Patient Representatives,
full-time – Berwyn, Mokena, Palos Park:
As the first point of contact
with our patients, the ideal individual will have an outstanding
personality, excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to
work effectively in a high volume office environment. Major
responsibilities include patient check-in and check-out, answering and
routing clinic phone calls appropriately, and assisting with medical
records. Prefer an individual with experience in a medical office who
has familiarity with medical coding and insurance regulations. Must have
reliable transportation as may be required to cover other locations as
needed.
