Nurse Practitioner - Blue
Island (Full Time):
Provides
primary care to cardiology patients in the lipid and CHF clinics
following established standards and protocols. Must be a current
registered professional nurse/advanced practice nurse/certified nurse
practitioner in the State of Illinois; must have current BLS and
ACLS certifications; must have professional knowledge and application of
skills of patient assessment and management from the traditional Nurse
Practitioner program. NO WEEKENDS! NO EVENINGS! NO
