Our Team: In St. Francis' Cardiac
Rehabilitation program, a team of skilled health professionals works closely with each
patient and their family. Each individual program is based on the participant's medical
history, risk factors, fitness level and health goals. Our Cardiac Rehabilitation
includes: Your personal physician. Cardiac Rehabilitation Program's medical director (a
cardiologist). Registered nurses. Exercise physiologists. Registered dietitians.
Insurance Coverage: Most insurance
companies cover all or part of the Cardiac Rehabilitation fees. We would be happy to
assist you in determining your insurance eligibility.
How to Enroll: Most physicians enroll
their patients in Cardiac Rehabilitation before they leave the hospital or one to two
weeks following hospital discharge. Our staff can help you obtain a referral from your
physician or health insurance provider.
